D-Like – DHPRC LP86 Magnet Roll Limiter
This simple roll limiter system is designed for the D-Like LP-86 1/10 RC drift chassis. Replaces the inconsistent foam pads with easy to source magnets, to limit and tune the roll characteristics of your chassis. Provides for a more stable and predictable driving experience.
Mounts to six existing holes in the LP-86 Chassis, completely reversible and requires no permanent modifications.
Requires strong rare earth magnets with a diameter of 15mm.
Place magnets with opposing poles facing each other, it is easiest to mount the center top piece first and then attach the two side pieces.
Use 15x3mm magnets with an M3x6mm retainer screw for a stiffer setup.
Use 15x2mm magnets press fit into the cups for a softer setup.
Roll Characteristics can be further adjusted with the included spacer kit. Add spacers between the rear chassis piece and the top magnet holder, more spacers = more roll.
