Instructions for modifying Kyosho diff to accept the PN Ball Bearing Spur Gears.
The inner hub of the diff extends slightly outward from the diff ring. To instal PN 64P spur gear, the exposed part of the hub needs to be sanded until the surface is flush with the diff ring.
grit sand paper is recommended.
Lay the paper on a flat surface then in a circular motion sand down the hub. Keep checking the hub and stop when it sits flush with the diff ring.
Here is the end result.
Install the spur gear along with the center bearing and ball bearings.
This is the Kyosho Diff with the new PN Ball Bearing Spur Gear installed.
